Storage/deletion of precalculated html page

I have created some precalculated html documents using the Reporting Agent, and I'm looking into how my client will manage these.

For example I deleted a particular html page in the document overview (transaction RSRAPS), but the precalculated page is still appearing (NB I have cleared my browser of local files & the http cache via tranx SMICM).

Any idea why this is still appearing?

Also, how is the size of the precalculated document storage area set ? Is transaction RSRAPS the right one to manage it ?
