Uploading a Customer's Database

Hi experts

Can anyone assist as I am trying to upload a customer's database to SAP support. SAP has sent me the user name and password but now I want to upload the database to SAP support.

Please advise.

you need to use an FTP. FileZilla is a free FTP client.

Hi,

Did they send any SFTP IP address and port number?

You must need below details to upload DB.

FTP Ip address

Communication Port

File protocol

User name

Password

Download "BitKinex".[Click here|http://www.bitkinex.com/] You can upload via this software.
