The flag for accepting negative values should be set on domain level of the field.

Since the flag is not set it is giving a dump.

I would open a message with SAP through OSS.

    Thanks

Have you implemented any enhancements/BADIs/exits that update this field?

You have to make sure that you have no code updating the field that has this negative sign. If there is none, then as suggested earlier send it to OSS. The forum can't tell you how to fix standard SAP code.

But if you do have code changing the field, you have to analyze it and see if it is causing the problem.
