Hi,
I need to add SuppCatNum from the OITM table into a 'Pick List' report. The OTIM table is not listed in the drop down field in the current PLD report. Is their a way to do this as some the the PLD reports have more database field than others which seems very strange.
Running SAP B1 8.8.1 PL10
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Keith
Hi Keith,
Welcome you post on the forum.
You may try Alt+Click method to access all tables. However, this is not supported by SAP. It means even you could make it work, it may have potential problem in future upgrading.
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Gordon, many thanks for your reply I now have the SuppCatNum in my PLD report.
The last part of the puzzle is how to have this SuppCatNum field look up the 'Item Number' field and pull the SuppCatNum out of the OITM table from the 'Item Master Data' record?
I have tried having the new field 'relate' to the 'Item Number' field and when previewing it just brings up the SuppCatNum from the first record in the 'Item Master Data' record. I notice that the standard 'Pick List' report uses a 'System Variable' No. 103 to get the Item number from the Pick List row.
What are your thoughts on how to make this work?
Many thanks in advance
Keith
Hi Gordon.
I have tried linking under the general tab and it makes no difference.
I have a different PLD report that has the Item Number as a database object instead of a System Variable look up and have inserted the SuppCatNum with no problem. So I am guessing it is something to do with the it referencing a 'System Variable' object in the original PLD report.
Any thoughts on how it can look up a 'System Variable' object or how I can make the SuppCatNum a 'System Varibale' object?
I need to also add Intrstat info also with the country of origin and comm code.
Best Wishes
Keith
