MaxDB client tool for Windows

I'm new to SAP and Netweaver and I'm looking for a SQL client tool to maintain the database schema and data in my MaxDB database that was installed as part of the Netweaver 04 download.

Is a client provided as part of Netweaver?

If not, can someone point me at the relevant place to download one?
