Standard IDOC extension by customizing without coding?

Hello,

the basic situation is the data transfer of vendor master data over a standard or near standard idoc like CREMAS01 to external systems. We had also added some customer specific fields in a customer specific namespace and as table append to the table LFM1. Now we search for a easy way to customize the standard CREMAS IDOC or better make a specific extension of the IDOC with our customer specific fields.

Until yet we only find a solution by coding a user exit and generate the specific output by our own. We hope to find a better solution by customizing the relevant table appends to export it by a new near standard CREMAS IDOC message without coding.

Does any one have the same problem, a solution or an idea for this problem?
