Quantity discrepency-Service Procurement MM-SUS

hi all,

Issue is Open Quantity in SUS.

Service PO with service mAster Quantity 100 EA

Confirmation Service Master quantity 10 EA

SES created and Accepted with Quantity 8 EA

Confirmation status changed to Accepted by customer in SUS.

but Open Quantity in SUS showing 90 . It should be 92 (boz 2 Quantity Rejected)

how to change this.

Hi Ramki,

if Supplier confirmed the Excess Quantity in SUS confirmation, which is getting creating SES in ECC. SO the User will check the Quantitis he actually Performed say in a perticular Month and change the Quantity in SES is Possible. In this case How to Get the Open Quantity correctly in SUS?.
