Create Basis Hierarchy for Service Product - AI_CRM_IM_CREATE_HIERARCHY

When I try to save an incident in SolMan 7.1 SPS4 it says u201CService product INVESTIGATION not foundu201D

There is something in the IMG as well as note 1614747 u201CReport for creating products creates incorrect productu201D that says to run AI_CRM_IM_CREATE_HIERARCHY. My problem is, since I know beans about CRM, what values to put in what fields? Every combination I try gives me an error message. Thanks folks,
