hi all

I see the following in sapjms.log file. Also in Visual Administrator the service SAP XI Adapter: JMS is not started.

<!LOGHEADER[START]/>

<!HELP[Manual modification of the header may cause parsing problem!]/>

<!LOGGINGVERSION[1.5.3.7136 - 630_SP]/>

<!NAME[C:\Documents and Settings\SAPServiceAXI/sapjms.log]/>

<!PATTERN[sapjms.log]/>

<!FORMATTER[com.sap.tc.logging.ListFormatter]/>

JMS Service is not started!#

J2EE engine is running fine. I tried restarting the service but to no avail.

Previously at least service was up and JMS adapter was giving problem, but now service itself is not started.

Kindly help,

Thanks and Regards,

Varun Joshi

Hi Varun,

The error below mentions to check the Hostname and port for the JMS Adapter service. Why are you using a IP address for this service to be started???

Thanks

Hi Prasad,

I am facing exacly the same error by using the JMS adapeter in XI3.0. When I check the XI log it shows exaclty the above error. And the adapter monitor shows

'JMSSenderTest Sender channel. Details: null '.

Do you have any idea.
