Serial no problem in usage decision

Hi,

From production order, Goods receipt done for 2656 Materials with serial nos.

Many serial nos which was already delivered to customer was used again by the client during this Goods Receipt. (I don't know why the valuation is not done during material document posting. )

So during usage decision the following error is coming. Since the usage decision is not possible we are trying to cancel the material document by MB31 or MBST but " Change in QM only " error appears

Stock data of serial number 945000012 not suitable for movement

Stock data of serial number 945000013 not suitable for movement

Stock data of serial number 945000014 not suitable for movement

Stock data of serial number 945000015 not suitable for movement

Stock data of serial number 945000016 not suitable for movement

Is there any SNOTE to reverse the material document ?

Any one encountered this problem ?

I knew this is old thread but want to know how did you corrected the above issue as we have come across same situation recently.
