SAP CRM Organization Managment

Dear All,

I was creating an organization unit through transaction ppoma_crm but the problem I am facing is that the system is not creating the BP ID of organization unit created neither the relationship is employee of created for the employees assigned to that organization unit.

Please suggest.

Hi

Hope you have done the number range <-> grouping setting in SPRO.

SPRO > Cross Application Components > SAP Business Partner > Business Partner > Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Range

All the configuration settings are there because it is working fine in development and quality servers, bp no. is not generating only in production server.

Go to SPRO > CRM > BP > Integrating Business Partner > Organization Management > Set Up Integration with Organization Management.

Search for HRALX and ensure that the value of the OBPON is ON. This will activate the Organization-BP integration. BP ID will be created for every new Org unit created.
