Please advise on LSMW BDC process for salary grade update details. I am looking for SPRO path / direct Tcode for this recording activity.

Hi,

For which country payroll...?

In case of India use T. code for general increments eighter percentage based or Amount based increment "PC00_M40_BSG - General Increments, need to complete configuration as per SAP standard.

In case not suit to SAP standard better go for BDC for IT0008.

Try with t codes "HRCMP0042", "PC00_M99_U510" any helpful for increase pay scale levels and grades

Hi,

BDC is the best to upload the basic pay data wit the help of abaper as LSMW may not work sometime.

And about salary grade update tcode let me search from my end and let you know or else may wait for expert ans
