Investment Order Implementation in SAP PM

what are business advantages of implementing investment orders in SAP PM? Currenty our company is managing investments using projects in SAP PS.Integration of SAP PS projects with investment orders in SAP PM would be improve any business process?

If you have PS system in place, there is no requirement for PM Investment orders. As PS WBS & PM Investment order will cater the same business process, I feel its not required for Investment orders separately.
