How to make Sub Transaction Type mandatory in J1IS.

Hi

as per mesub transaction type used in Import or subcontracting procedure

like in import IP

J1IS is outgoing excise for rejection or other process

can you explain why you want it J1Is

in my current configuration, sub Transaction Type is mandatory, i want to de activate that.

i dont think it is possible thru any config settings, pl check whether you can create a variant thru SHD0, i doubt that too is possible. Since you have to involve the users in filling the correct sub transaction, probably user education only work.

I think its made mandatory by varient SHDO ,please take the help of ABAp consultant and ask him deactivate it

hi,

As per my knowledge substantiation type is used for import process in this we can maintain all the import processes through this transaction type we ever we calculate the excise on import goods then it will mandatory thing .

But in in standard thier is no such facility to do the mandatory in j1is.

Thier is no customization for this process.
