Hi Experts!

Planned cost of one of activity is not being reflected in production order (Standard Cost Estimate is showing cost for this activity), however for all other activities cost is accurate.

Plz guide,

First check in KP26/Kp06

Check whether thaqt Actvity is included in BOM/Routing/Costing Variant/Cost Component structure/KP26/KP06

Thanks for reply..

It has been assigned, standard costing is accurate not issues.

However in production order; quantity of this activity is being reflected accurately, but no cost. There are other activities also, their activity quantity and price is as like in standard estimate.. Not getting any clue where it might be wrong.

Compare cost component structure for planned costing variant and actual costing variant whcih are available in Production order type or in your production order

Check Cost Component structure for your Planned costing variant and go to OKTZ and check whether cost element is assigned or not for all cost components.

Thanks for support..

Problem was there in Cost Component Structure; Its Cost Share Control was set as Fixed and Variable Costs, while for Inventory Valuation, only 'Variable Cost' was selected.. That's why during cost run system was showing exact cost, but it was not being rolled up for inventory valuation, coz of this, system was not picking cost of this activity in production order.

Best Regards
