ME22N Editable Field

Hi SAP Gurus,

In change mode ME22N for PO ,Pur Org, Pur Grp, Com Code are in editable mode , whereas for Service PO only Pur Grp is editable & Pur Org & Com Code are not editable.

Is this a standard functionality or any settings is there in SAP.
