Just recently after our sec admin has granted read write access to a share drive for the application ID we use with XI 3.1 SP3. It will not work with XI until I restart the SIA. Although from the XI server I can map a drive using the application ID and password and create files in the drive.
I tried restarting the destination server and our web intelligence processing servers and I am still getting:
source file error. [Invalid argument]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]
Problem is I can't restart SIA except off hours. Usually we will have 50+ sessions active throughout workday.
It seems to just started happening in the last month or so too. I used to be able to schedule a test report to the drive and it would work without needing to be restarted once I verified access was granted.
Any ideas for a workaround besides restarting the SIA?
