Extending Root Object

Hi Experts,

Can any one tell me the procedure how to extend root object BuilHeader....

My requirement is to add dependent object to the builheader and i need to create a component using dependent and root object data.

And i should display this component in BP_HEAD Component AS Assignment Block.

Please Help me.
