posting balance is not cleared (offcycle payroll run A1 01.12 .2011 A)

Hi Experts.

The error occurs due to wage type is not balanced which is /558, and amit is 100.5

As previously for /558, no posting charateristcs were maintained, to remove above error , I assiged WT /558 to balance sheet account and hept +ve amt in debit.and ran posting tcode

still we are geing same error but The error occurs due to wage type is not balanced which is /558, and amit is 200.1.

I also made +ve amount credit, because of that posting balace was cleared , but faced another issue i.e

Account with the following search key was not found: 5200HRF2618

Internal Error when defining the account search key 5200HRF2618

Required field GL_ACCOUNT was not transferred in parameter ACCOUNTGL

As this error occures while running posting fot DEC offcycle payroll run 01.12.2011 and now we have run regular payroll run for the dec month so did we need to delete payresults first for regular ad offcycle payroll run.

    Hi Saumya,

You have updated the WT characteristics to rectify the posting imbalances. Now the issue is resolved.

Another issue is: Account with the following search key was not found: 5200HRF2618

Internal Error when defining the account search key 5200HRF2618

Required field GL_ACCOUNT was not transferred in parameter ACCOUNTGL.

This can be checked by FICO team; because the GL may be Reco GL or FI backend settings are to be checked by FICO consultant. So you can ask for thier help.

    Thanks

    Satya
