Hi,
we upload data to IT0128 with batch input, encounter ask us to input language key field, as I know this field will be filled automatically by system, in user profile-> own data , we also set the it as EN.

Might be your not done properly recording. i.e In notifications there is feild for language it is mandatory field for updation of notifications.
