Upgrade key not accepting

Dear SAP Guru's,

I am trying to upgrade our portal system to SAP netweaver 7.3 in the configuration road map step, in the EHP_KEY phase its asking to enter the key from the note SAP Note 1403832. When I entered the key from the note it was not accepting saying please enter the correct key to continue the upgrade.

I tried to upgrade the SAPJup but i could not find the directory bin in the upgrade dir. My upgrade dir is /usr/sap/DPL/upg.

Please help me out to solve the issue, either to get the correct key or to upgrade the SAPJup.

Thanks and Regards,

Suresh Tatikonda.

    • I'm going nut! The problem is solved by using the latest upgrade correction fixed!

I did the ABAP upgrade 2 weeks ago where i downloaded NW730_41 and the keyword works. I upgrade the JAVA stack today with exactly the Media but upgrade keyword 6782622 doesn't work!!

NW730_42 released on 6.01.2012. i downloaded and replaced NW730_41, keyword 6782622 can be used now!
