automate maintain exchange rate in client xxx to take data from clinet yyy ?

Maintain exchange rate:

1. Daily basis (Type M) > take from client yyy type M

2. Monthly basis (Type Z) > take from client yyy type Z

can we do this?please provide the procedure.
