Assigning sales area to BP

Hi all.

I try to assign sales area to my business partner in BP Transaction. BP role is sold-to-party. After successfull enter of data in Sales area data menu i'm trying to test assignment using PFAC rule ORGMAN_14. But this rule doesn't show any values for this BP. I'm using this rule for data determination in my sales transaction , so i can't create any order either (Errors : Enter a sales organization, Enter a distribution channel, Enter an organizational unit (Sales)). Any suggestions?

Hi

Hope you have done the following for the correct organization determination in your transaction-

(A) For a Business Partner, you have maintain the required SALES Area.

(B) This ORGMAN_14 is maitained in the ORAGNIZATION Data Profile for the transaction type you are using.

1. SPRO > Customer Relationship management > Master Data > Organization management > Organizational Data Determination > Change Rules and Profiles > Maintain Organizational Data Profile

2. SPRO > Customer Relationship management > Master Data > Organization management > Organizational Data Determination > Change Rules and Profiles > Assign Organizational Data Profile to Transaciton type

Check your authorizations. You maybe don't have read-access to the sales area data.
