Hi Experts,

I am new to Business Objects. In this we have

*Information _Schema*

*,BOE 120,*

**BOE_Audit,

mysql

what is the use this ..how it will support to our business objects...please any one can help me .Thanks in advance.

BOE 120 :

SAP BusinessObjects come prepackaged with MySQL as a database option, which is a great choice if you donu2019t have your own existing database to use. This allows BusinessObjects to be quickly installed, without the need to involve the IT staff.BOE 120 is the default MY SQL database.

BOE_Audit:

BOE Audit is the default database for Auditor activities.BusinessObjects Enterprise Auditor provides you with a way to monitor and record key facts about your BusinessObjects Enterprise deployment.

The information provided by the auditor answers the following queries

1.Who is using your Business Objects Enterprise system?

2.Which objects they are accessing?

3.Which groups within the company use our BusinessObjects Enterprise system

the most?

4.How many concurrent user licenses are we using at any given time?

Some Pre Bulit reports are coming for to check above uses,users.You can check in the Infoview and all reports are refereeing Activity universe and Audit data base.To use audit database you need to activate Audit in CMC.
