Adding external Jar to WD application

Hi All,

I am creating a WD application which requires addition of external JARs. I am performing this by Project -> Properties -> Java Build path -> Libraries -> Add External Jars. Also the related Webdynpro references is updated.

This is working perfectly fine if this is done on the local environment (not on any track/DC). But once i try to implement the same project on a track it starts causing trouble. The required external Jars are not found although I am adding it, but it gets vanished.

Is adding external Jar through creating another external Jar type DC is the only option or It can be done by any other way ?

using external lib dc is formal way.(recommended)

you can add the jar in the lib folder of web dynpro dc. it should work also.
