Hi, all,

How to Find the Message Number on BSP application(if system gives error) and how to change the Error Message to Warning

My issue is

when i am creating confirmation for Limit Purchase order

i have enter the Quantity and Discription and UOM.Price

is not entered (Because of Supplier should not enter the Price)

so system giving error message ( Errors:Enter price for item 1 .2 )

how to get the Message Number for this and how to change

this Message to warning.

Hi,

You can navigate to 'Influence Message control' under SPRO and search for this error message. You can change this message from 'E' to 'W'.

Rami,

check the influence message control and select your object type. then click on message control and see click new entries. in the F4 help see if the message which you are trying to change is available or not, its its there then you can change the it from E to W

but i dont think the message you require is in there.. give it a try

but the message i am looking is not available and i did't find the exact message no and discription in table BBPV_PDMSG also

Hi

For a limit item, supplier should provide the price also.

Alternatively, supplier can select the items from catalog (if you have catalog and configured catalog access to supplier).
