Is there any way where I can define Company Code along with Controlling area since after execution of the report all the cost centers with all the company codes gets executed. Is there any way where i can restrict this ?
Select environment-select directory-Select additional selections-Select company code, controlling area, cost center and other required fileds......Save as your variant and name it...save and execute and update us
I tried this for report S_ALR_87013015 - List: Actual Debit/Credit by adding period and fiscal year however while executing it is showing message no extract was found for the selection criteria.
What I am missing or may be I have not understood correctly.
You can use cost center groups for this purpose. The standard hierarchy would have each company code as node. Use this node as cost center group for the report. If not then you may define cost center groups in KSH1 for each company codes. The output of the report will be as per your requirement.
