Could not retrieve WSDL file required for email web service in web dynpro

I try to create the "Using an Email Web Service in Web Dynpro" example.

The problem is that I could not retrieve the Email Web Service WSDL file referred to by the URL: http://webservices.matlus.com/scripts/emailwebservice.dll/wsdl/IemailService (you get the message web site cannot be found)

Is there anybody who can help me by sending this WSDL file to me at address leendert.halter@atosorigin.com?
