before book bill in MIRO we always check usage decision has been made or not in MIGO.Now usage decision seen is accepted in PO in two line item. but while doing MIRO error comes is GR is sttill in quality inspection stage...
now in PO xxxxxxxx there were two item A And B.while checking B item in MMBE it is in quality so user has taken that inspection lot number and in QA12 click on proposal and saved....
then in MIRO bill BOOKED...
but in MMBE stock comes in unrestricted use from quality.which is right or wrong?quantity should be ZERO if bill booked???
kindly advice on same
If a material is defined as being relevant for quality management, goods receipts for this material are posted to stock in quality inspection. Invoices for the material are blocked until the inspection has been successfully completed.

Hi,
As long as the material is in Quality you cannot do MIRO. and after quality inspection based on the usage decision that much quantity will move to unrestricted stock for which you can do miro only for the quantity moved to unrestricted but not for the quantity still in quality. as posted by or team this is standard.

Its correct stock will move in unrestricted stock and there is no need your quantity should be zero for bill booking.
