3.5 Chart Migration

We ran the chart migration program 'RSZW_CHART_MIGRATION_35' and the log shows some entries as yellow. We are not using any of the objects (most of them SAP delivered and some test charts) which are shown as yellow. Is it safe to assume that we don't have to make any changes to those one which we are not using and it won't affect the converted ones.
