Park Vendor Credit Memo FV65

Dear Experts,

Below is the requirement which I have for T.code FV65.

In Document header level the field Spl GL indicator not to be displayed.

. At line item level, only the foll fields to be displayed in the mentioned order:

PO no, amount, Dr/Cr indicator, G/L account code, G/L account short text, assignment, text, long text, cost center, WBS element, profit center.

Can we change the sequence of the fields in line item level FV65.

Please let me know the exact configuration or procedure which I need to follow.

Check my reply as mentioned above for moving columns

Drag and drop the columns in which you want (Click on selected column and it will be selected with yellow color and move it)

After adding columns via configuration as mentioned in my previous reply save it as screen variant.

For this select TREE ON icon there you can see variants

Save at menu Edit-Screen Variant-Create screen variant.

I think you need to take Abap help to save screen variants.

Good Morning Srinivas,

I don't want to add the columns, I just want to re-arrange the sequence of the existing columns in line item level for FV65.

For Eg:- Client wants the following sequence:- PO no, amount, Dr/Cr indicator, G/L account code, G/L account short text, assignment, text, long text, cost center, WBS element, profit center.

Also I tried the drag and drop option but it is not working here.

Rearranging sequence of columns can be achieved through Drag and Drop

It is a standard sap finctionality. It has to work and try again and again. If not sit with your tech team.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I know that this is a standard functionality in SAP on drag and dropping the columns. This is working perfectly fine in MM and Sales order transactions like ME21N, VA01 etc.

But this does not work in FV65. Can you please check from your end ? Is there any settings which need to be done in SPRO ?

There is no such customization settings for drag and drop from functional side. You need to sit with ABAP and get it done technically

Hi Juned,

You can change the columns in line item level of FV65, please follow below steps.

1) Place the curser in column header and drag to the column which you want to move.

2) After setting the columns click on "Configuration" button on the right side corner of line item and create a variant and save.

Go to Editing options and select check box of No special G/L transactions.

Drag and drop the columns in which you want (Put and Select the cursor on column header and move)

Add addtional fileds if you want any additonal fileds go 2nd box...right hand side top corner and click

Clcik administrator..select the fields which you do not want and uncheck the fields you want

Click activate

Click Close

Clcik Save

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried the 2nd option of clicking on configuration tab, Administrator and make the fields invisible, Activate and save. For the time being it happens but when I go out of that T.code FV65 and again enter into it, the same screen pops up, means the changes are not affected. I can see the normal screen as the previous one.

Can you plz elaborate more on this, or is there any other option through SPRO.

And I have one more requirement that, the fields which are Visible, the client wants to change the sequence of it. For reference you can see my Initial Question.

Please let me know asap it's urgent..

Go to Editing Options Tab in FV65 from there you can select the check boxes as per your requirements.

I have tried that option, it is not possible from there. Can you elaborate more on this issue....
