wrong partner function in delivery

Hi All,

Scenario

STO created. OD against STO.

In the partner function tab, we can see that, for SHIP TO PARTY

1. First the partner address is incorrect as maintained in XD03 for that ship to party

2. Bill to party is not getting picked up automatically in delivery
