Hello Experts,
We have been generating indexes for our product catalog. Recently we had some spool issues and some catalogs are stuck in running status.
Our basis team cleaned up the TREX of these indices.
My question is the CRM UI still shows these indices. Can you tell me where these entries are read from? Does CRM make an RFC call to TREX to fetch the indices? Surprisingly though these indexes have been deleted from the trex.
Any help is appreciated.

You could please have a look at the wiki, there is some information on a report that can be run to clean up the index.

1. Check note 980678 - The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable
2. Clear catalog cache statistics ..../admin/index.jsp
3. check TREXADMIN
