SAP BW/BI Strategy

Hi All,

My company uses Webi & Bex Analyzer. We have known integration issues i.e not being able to merge Universe. Our BW was partially built and we also have agile customer where requirements are keeping changing.

Now we want to access/recommend on what BI reporting/tool we should be doing/built and also assess whether our architecture/ data model for BW is adequate.

Can anyone please give me some insights/strategy on this, like what all things we need to do and how to proceed.
