SAP BW/BI Strategy

Hi All,

My company uses Webi & Bex Analyzer. We have known integration issues i.e not being able to merge Universe. Our BW was partially built and we also have agile customer where requirements are keeping changing.

Now we want to access/recommend on what BI reporting/tool we should be doing/built and also assess whether our architecture/ data model for BW is adequate.

Can anyone please give me some insights/strategy on this, like what all things we need to do and how to proceed.

As you mentioned that yours Users requirement is continuously changing, That's mean BW system is not stable as per Business. So I will recommend till BW System as well as BEx report become stable with respect to Business requirement use BEx Analyzer report.

As I already gone through in such type scenario in my previous project where handling customer satisfaction is realy headache task.
