While posting FB01L, removing" inheritance field", what is the impact on the custmoer and vendor invoice and gl account. could you please assist us as soon as possible.

Hi,

In the document with only two line items involved, the inheritance functionality is able to fill the values in the debit

line from the credit lines.

Please note that the field values are inherited only in case the account assignment combination is unique within the complete document. That means the account assignments are being inherited if the values of the split criteria in the complete document are the same.

Debit lines get filled with Profit Center (and for the other splitting characteristics too) from the credit lines in case inheritance functionality is active.
