Restrcting AR01 - Asset Balance for a profit center

Hi

We have two plants. So we created two profit centers. These two profit centers are individually and independently responsible for maintaining assets.

But my issues is that: Person of single plant can see assets of both plants. Now i want to restrict the view of profit centerwise so that person of one profit center cannot see assets of other profit center.

Note: We enter cost center in asset master in which we have maintained respective profit center.

EHP4 comes with Profit Centerwise authorization. But i want to know if this will work in AR01 report.

Please suggest.

Create two variants in AR01 with two different profit centers. Provide those Variants to Users and ask them to use those variants and fill the details what ever they want to see.

Any solution through authorization at cost cetner or profit center level?

Please suggest me the solution ,m also facing  the same problem for AR01(Asset Balances).No user exit nor badi is avlv. for that purpose plz.. suggest me .

We have done it. solution- create a z table which contain 3 field and then  find the enhancement section section in that give authorization.
