Training & Event Management -- Room Details

Hi Experts,

How to get the room details, when I am scheduing an event. Or how to map the room to a event / course.

I have created resource rooms w.r.t. resource type room.

Good Day.

You need to create a room resource type in transaction OORT.

Then you Create room resource in transaction OORE. In relationships tab :

specify

Is a specialization of Resource type

which you created

Then create an event type in LSO_PVCT e.g. classroom training having relationship

Requires Resource type

Here you assign the Resource type which was created

Create an event with resources under this event type

in LSO_PSV2 and here you can assign the room resource.

It can be manged by relation ship A022.

But I want to know the room details , which has to be passed to the attendee.

You cannot give room details.

i think you are trying to give the location/building details which can be given for the attendees.

try maintaining building along with location details.
