how to do forecasting

Hi Bo gurus,

I want to create a report to show forecasting in webi and i want keep scroller on (dimentsions) each row if the scroller moving the value also need to change.

Ex:

year country state sales upto 2011 2012 (forecasting)

2001 US 535345

2011 UK 45466

2011 IND 565656

2011 Canada 56546546

For 2012 i created variable how can i achieve forcasting based on existing 2011 values and i want to put scroller on country (for each country i want a scroller for ex: us--

---

,uk

---

,IND--

---

) if we are moving scroller the values in 2012 should be change.

Hi mahesh

Make use of Input contols to change values in report . there is no such options like scrolling in webi.

Hi Mahesh,

I think you are looking for something that would require a dashboard tool like Xcelsius or possibly the latest version of the BO Dashboard builder (not familiar with it yet). Closest thing I can think of in Web Intelligence is Input Controls, so I would check them out. But I am not sure they would do what you are asking.

Input control we can use but we cannot write formula on input control.

Is it posssible to create scroll bar by using html code.
