Interaction Records report loading excessive
When trying to look at the detailed drill down on the above report the loading time is excessive.
1. Entered Reporting tab with Portal
2. Select Contact Centre Manager Role
3. Open folder Activity Report
4. Select Interaction Report (display screen loaded within 3 seconds)
5. Select go (display screen loaded within 3 seconds)
6. Drill down on category to lowest level
7. Right click and select detailed drill down
8. New internet explorer screen appears immediately
9. Loading of this screen has so far taken over 10 minutes and no results as yet.
10. Screen timed out and error message displayed
please tell me reason behind long run times .
