MOPatch skipped after applying 51 out of 59 patch

Hi,

There is warning while applying the MOPatch for 10.2.0.4, after applying 51 patches successfully it has skipped remaining 8 patches just because of 1 patch.

We have applied the latest MOPatch and OPatch also.

The log showing the skipping phase is below: Please suggest us on how we can proceed.

Hi,

Please refer the Note 640910 - Problems when using OPatch. Your problem symptom matches serial no27 in the note.

For solution refer sl.no 27 in the solution section.This is due to Oracle bug 5354326 or 5694851. Apply OPatch 10.2.0.4 or higher (Note 839182) to solve this problem.
