CRM UI not working after Export

Hi Experts,

I created a quality SolMan system which is an DB export of an production system (SAP SolMan 7.1 SP12). I have performed Solman_setup activities in the new system and now to test the existing functionalities which were already configured in Production.

To Check ITSM and ChaRM, I went to SM_CRM > Create > Incident or SM_CRM > Create > Request for Change. Both gives us error "The system determines a security problem, application has to be closed. Contact your system administrator".

When checked in google I found out SAP Note 18855979 & SAP Note 2303400, both if which are not applicable.

Can you kindly help.

We are getting the same msg, has started popping up only very recently. Any ideas?
