Telephone Number not show in address

It cant be done through config, Please check BDT (Business Data Toolset) for the same.

Pl go through the note number 690900 & 782947 for BDT customizing.

i don't think you need BDT customizing here, as BDT uses to add new field in RE standard screens. But telephone number fields is already exists in field group 89 (you can see in field status groups) and it it not allowing to display in master data screens.

You can see in screen painter (program : SAPLSZA1, screen number 0301), will find telephone number field on this screen.

Sure no need of BDT, but i dont have any idea why it is not showing on screen. Communication frame is not displaying, this frame contains all fields like telephone number and mobile number .....). Take further help from your ABAPer, you may get some conclusion.

Thanks srinivas, but I saw BDT in the SPRO for change screen layout help. So concluded that even for changing the screen layout BDT would be required.

I have try BUS3 and I see that field group 72 telephone there are some message like "field not include in subscreen"

so I not sure how to proceed.

Would u mind to hint me more detail about t-code to go to BDT and check field group on telephone no and field name , maybe it not match?
