product hierarchy not replicated

Hi All,

We have created a new product hierarchy in ECC but it did not get replicated to ECC. I have a doubt here that is it necessary to start initial replication of object u201CR3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD1u201D every time we create a new product hierarchy in ECC to replicate them to CRM system? or is it possible to activate delta for product hierarchy so that the changes will get replicated in CRM automatically? If it is possible to activate the delta, please tell me where we need to activate it.

Please advise me.

And also please let me know what all could be the common reasons for not replicating the product hierarchy to CRM from ECC.

Hi,

There is no delta download of customizng. You have to do a Initial Download.

Hi,

Jorge is quite correct.

If you make changeds to these regularly, you could set up a variant in transaction R3AS and schedule a

background job for report SMOF_DOWNLOAD which will do the initial download again. You can schedule this job at nights when the system load is low (for example at nights). But there is absolutley no wya to have such changes updated in real time by delta load. Sorry....

Hello,

Generally for most of customizing objects delta is not supported. Any changes in customizing data in R/3 has to be brought to

CRM by means of an Initial Load.

The reason behind this is that generally customizing data is not changed frequently.
