No User Group List

I am trying to add newly created User Group but when I click add Principals there is no list of groups available list is empty.

OS 2008 r2

Business object 4.0 SP2

Please help

Hi Babar,

Where do you see the menu "Add principals"? If you want to add users to a new group you should just "add members to group".

I am able to resolve this problem.

Solution JAVA_HOME*should point to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6

and to answer your question when you right click user security on next window there is button Add Principals

Babar,

That action is not to add users to group, but tu assign security to the object group: deciding who has got rights to modify that group.

My problem was that I was not able to display User group list and by changing JAVA_HOME It did display and I was able to display User Group List
