Unable to create Lead

Hi Experts,

Through Business Role IC AGENT, i wanted to create a LEAD. INDEX_LEAD_NEW(path). When i click on new, it throws a pop-up saying no result found. What should i do now ?

if channel "ICW Interaction Center Webclient" is assigned to the lead transaction type. As soon as you assign a channel to any of your business transaction types (which you can see if there is an entry in in table CRMC_CHANNEL_AS, FM CRM_ORDER_CHANNEL_SEL_CB), you have to define in customizing for which channel the transaction type should be available. Choose

"ICW Interaction Center Webclient" for "B IC WebClient Business Role"

"GUI CRM WebClient UI" for "C CRM WebClient Business Role"
