Go to SPRO-Financial Accounting (New)-Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)-Withholding Tax-Extended Withholding Tax-Calculation-Withholding Tax Type-Define Withholding Tax Type for Invoice Posting

    Create a new WHT type

Go to SPRO-Financial Accounting (New)-Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)-Withholding Tax-Extended Withholding Tax-Calculation-Withholding Tax Code - Define Withholding Tax Codes

Create a new WHT Code for above WHT type. Here you enter base amount as 100% and WHT rate

Go to Vendor Master/Wiht holding tax screen and assign WHT type/WHT code and select liable check box
