    Hi,

Easy way to find weather all the query components are collected into transport request or not...

goto RSA1 --> transport conenction --> here from the list click on query elements --> search for you query and transfer you query to right hand side..

Now you can see all the query related data flow... n the elements n objects of the query... here when you drill down you can find the properties like who is repsonsible, time changed, transport request no erc...

If at all all the query elemts are having transport request no then they are colelcted in to the transport request. if not check if its need then collect that elemnts into the transport.

Note: Make sure the infoproviders are already transproted before the query elements get transported to QA system.

    Regards

    KP

    Hi

U have to make sure that the infoprovider on which the query was creating, transformation, datasource, infoobjects must be transported into the quality system. If any of the objects are missed then the query will be in inactive state.

    Thanx & Regards,

    RaviChandra

    Hi Krishna,

You have to make sure all the objects used in query are available in target system.

Use trasnport connection in RSA1 and open the query in display mode as 'List'.

You can see all the query elements here.

Select the query and click 'transport all below'. It will prompt to create TR.

Always use Transport connection to collect queries as it will make sure all query elements are collected.

Also you may need to move Infoprovider on which query is built to Q.

For example, if you have created a new infoobject, added it to Multiprovider, then you need to move the infoobject and Multiprovider before moving the query.

Once the query is collected, you can again check it in Transport connection.

You can see all the query elements will be locked under the TR created by you.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Vinod

    hi,

first of you you can easily check the number of query compoenents in your transport's task itself.

while using queries in transport connection there will lot of elements and on the right hand side there will be associated packages with it.

when you create the the transport generally it is at local level, but as multiproviders are generally under global packages so it will be better if you just check all the query elements listes under transport connection both which are under local package or global package, you can uncheck the elements "SAP" type as these are standard

    hope it helps you

    regards

    Hello Krishna,

Just goto RSA1 trans --> Select Transport Connection in the left tab --> Then Select Query Elements --> Drill Down --> Double click on Select which is just below Query Elements. Now enter your query tech name --> Find & Transfer --> In the right pane select the displau option as "LIST". Now you will be able to see all the Query components. Here you will find a tab like Transport Request where you will be able to see the TR number.

If the component is collected in TR, then you will be able to see the TR number for that Query component. If not, it will be blank. If you want to collecte that component, just right click on that particular component --> Transport All Below. It might prompt you for TR. Collect it in the required TR.

    Hope its clear & helpful!

    Regards,

    Pavan
