Country code of serbia should be changed

Hai,

Our Company code is Serbian company code, is using CS as its country code.Now we want to change the country code to RS ,and currency code also.

What will be the consequences if we now change country and currency code of company code in which transactions are happening for the past 5 years.

Hi,

It is always recommended to create a new company code, because changing the country you will have lots of inconsistencies in the documents. The old documents will need to be recreated for the new company code.

Instead of doing that you can create a new company code and upload the balances.
