CTM Plannin Run not creating any receipt to fulfill demand

Hi CTM Experts,

We are plannng to use CTM and for which i am setting up a simple model in system.

Model is for 1 DC and 1 Plant. 1 SKU which is extended in both the location. PPM exist in Plant.

Have done the followin thing:-

1) Master Data Selection

2) Time stream for 90 days

3) Using demand priotization by MBDAT - Material Availability Date and WMENG- Requested quantity. While pressing Simulation button in the tab, seeing demand are correctly selected.

4) Supply categorization - using CC,AI,AJ,AK,AL.. There no available supply in system in terms of stock and planned order. If i press simulation in the Tab , it confirms the same. CTM search strategy is Seq1-CC, Seq2-***** Source Determination *****.

5)Using Plannin Mode:Replan all orders, Scheduling direction:backward, Pegging-Fixed, Delete Mode:Do not delete any order,

With all this basic setting , if i execute CTM run , it finished with Green status, but no demand is fulfilled. And it says "4 demand not fulfilled".

Questions: What i am missing?? Any config? Any masters which i feel not the case.

Any suggestions welcome.

HI,

Do CTM master data consistency check and remove the inconsistency and then check the CTM log to find the real cause of demand unfulfilled.

Have u taken the run of master data Profile ??

Does it contain PPM under IN House Production tab or not

Does under IExternal Procurement tab any data??

if so

Check if PPM is correct.

Check IF Resource which is contained in the PPM has a capacity or not.Check through resource master and check also the calender as assigned to the resource is containing days.

Hi

Unlike,SNP Heuristic,CTM is a finite palnning tool..so,first try to run CTM in 'infinite planning mode' and check (In CTM profile--Strategies->special startegies->capacity palnning -Infinitely)..I assume that the inputs are read by CTM i.e Location products/PPM,etc!
