HI,

We are facing issue in FURNITURE for employees.

in my client is providing FURNITURE to the employees as per the india income tax rule is 10% taxale for the

as per my client policy is only 5% will be taxable.

can u suggest how we can maintain in sap for this difference 5% amount.

Hi,

The Table V_T511k Payroll Constant has HFPRC=Hard Furnishing Percent - Perk ,there it is 10 change the value to 5 and check in DEV.the value calculates 10% perk if u make it 5% it will calculate 5% as perk value.

If i maintain 5% it is calculation 5% only.

can you help us remain 5% where we maintain to come to form 16.

as per the income tax 10% should come.

Maintain 10% as before so that for IT it will be correct Ok,now tell me how are you going to keep a 5% diff amount,eg:- if you maintain 100000 then 10% = 10000 as per IT act,and as per your client it should be 5000,so i fail to understand what exactly is your requirement pl specify with eg

All the calculations in SAP are as per the Legal requirements and system behaves properly

my requirement is

asset : 10000

as per IT 10% = 1000

asper client 5% = 500

remain 5% where we can maintain

because my clients wants to show 10% in form 16

is it possible in sap.

plse help.

no not in sap,you can write a rule so that the10% amt of income tax be divided by 2 and push this amt in a new wagetype for display in payslip and for clients requirement purpose you can query the wagetype to see the amt paid to employees.
